Q: HOW SHOULD I KEEP MY ESL PRODUCTS CLEAN?
A: All precious metal products need to be kept clean to help maintain their lustre and brightness. To clean your Eternal Silver jewellery, simply wipe away any marks or grease with a plain non silver soft polishing cloth.
Q: WHAT DO I DO IF MY WATCH NEEDS ATTENTION?

Q: DOES MY WATCH HAVE A BATTERY AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
A: All Eternal Silver Watches are powered by battery. On average, you will need to replace your battery once every three years.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON MY ESL WATCH?
A: The Eternal Silver Watch warranty lasts for two years against any manufacturers’ defects (not including leather straps).
Q: WILL MY ESL JEWELLERY BECOME WORN AND RUBBED?
A: Unlike sterling silver, Eternal Silver won’t breakdown. In fact, the better you care for it, the longer it will last. However, if you feel unsure about how to look after your ESL Jewellery within the first year of purchase, why not let us take care of it for you?
